I was pleasantly surprised when Mike replied to my email on a Saturday. Many companies sort of avoid small jobs. Not Mike! He replaced my garbage disposal and cleared couple of drains, explaining everything as he went along. Made time to fix a dishwasher issue while he was there. Because Drain, Fix and Finish are all the same business, the trades that usually get subcontracted out are handled in-house, so the job does not stall every time one sub finishes and the next one has not scheduled.
The honest limit matters too. We will tell you when a project needs a licensed specialty trade or a permit path we are not the right fit for, rather than taking on more than we should.
